2011 Extension for qualified Armed Services members
The First Time Home Buyer Tax credit is valid for an additional year for members of our military, intelligence and foreign services who were out of the United States on active duty between January 1, 2009 and April 30, 2010 for at least 90 days. They have until April 30, 2011 to have a house under contract and until June 30, 2011 to close.
